Cooking in Confinement
Well it happened. Corona Virus made it's way to the Alps and we experienced a rapid end to the winter season. For us, this has meant a flurry of emails and phone calls to clients explaining the situation, trying to homeschool 4 children and not become complete alcoholics along the way. I think we're winning.
The weather has been amazing, so the veggie patches are dug and ready to go, and we're all fit and healthy. We're having to remember the difference between parallel and perpendicular, how to conjugate french verbs and whether or not Joe Wicks and his burpees are actually good for us.
More importantly, we've spent time reconnecting with some of our favorite pastimes; bread making, bbqs, a beer on the terrace as the air gets colder, and time with the family.
